Website Use & Conduct

- Comply with all applicable laws when using the site.
Digital Services, WooCommerce Orders & Subscriptions
- All services offered on this website (Digital Marketing Packages, CRM Automation Packages, and Custom Services) are delivered digitally.
- Service delivery begins immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Some services require client participation such as access to CRM, website, or ad accounts.
- Failure to provide required access or information may delay services; the Company is not responsible for such delays.
- All WooCommerce payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
- Our services are not set to auto-renew. Clients must manually repurchase the package each month to continue receiving services.
Refund & Returns Policy
- All Digital Marketing Packages and CRM Automation Packages are non-refundable due to immediate access, setup allocation, and digital nature.
- No physical returns are required since all services are digital.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
- Custom work, CRM integrations, funnel setups, and strategy sessions are non-refundable once initiated.
- If you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate purchase, contact us within 48 hours at support@zenithmarketingpros.com.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information during checkout and onboarding.
- Clients must provide any required login credentials (e.g., CRM access, website login, ad accounts).
- Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
- You agree not to misuse our systems, digital products, workflows, or intellectual property.
Intellectual Property
- All CRM workflows, automations, funnels, strategies, templates, designs, and marketing materials provided by Zenith Marketing are the Company’s intellectual property.
- You may not copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, or publish any part of the materials without written permission.
- Access is granted for business use only and cannot be shared outside your organization.
Third-Party Tools & Integrations
- Some services require integration with third-party software such as CRM systems, automation platforms, analytics tools, and email marketing systems.
- The Company is not responsible for downtime, errors, feature changes, or updates made by these third-party platforms.
- Licensing fees for external software (if required) are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.
Disclaimer — Exclusions & Limitations
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and exclude liability for any damages arising from your use of the website, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
